This is a step by step giude to converting a Saturn
to run games from 3 territories (Japenese, American and European)
at either 50Hz or 60Hz.

2 x 1K Resistors
1 x 7404 (Hex inverter IC)
1 x Double Throw (DT) switch
1 x DT Centre Off switch
1 x piece of stripboard
Some thin gauge wire
(click for a larger picture)
NOTE: I've used Double Pole, (DP) switches
as these are the easiest to get hold of.
So the 2 switches shown are
1 x DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw)
1 x DPDT Centre Off
