Could find nothing but a Japanese Instruction card for this one, but I did find an old thread on KLOV

So I copied over nightvoice's Alpine Ski and created everything using that as a template. Just recolored the boarders using colors from the title screen, translated the Instruction card via google translate.
NOT OFFICIAL but I think it works well for the game since it was supposedly released at the same time.
Also includes 2 wide screen bezels one using divemaster's style from Alpine Ski and the other from the Instruction Card.
Thats the last of my list using the taitosj.cpp
