You know this seemed like such an easy thing to remedy that got me thinking. I can't find anything on a simple microswitch setup, which would seem like a simple implementation to trip one of the apps such as those listed here:

Seems such a simple idea, has anyone come across or designed such a setup ?
Edit: I mean hell if that little app works seems like adding the following to the beginning and end of the batch files would do the same job.
