Having lost track of the many changes/fixes/improvements I've made since my initial upload, I re-uploaded everything I have and included a readme file.

I decided to re-do the generic speaker panels with what I consider better-looking and vectorized ones. I've seen others create various ones of their own and this is purely personal preference. If you find ones you like better, you can just rename them speakers.png and drop them into the zip files (the true beauty of MAME is customization options).
