Changes:
- Don't crash at start if mame.ini is corrupted
- History.xml is now supported
- Support for history.dat, marp.dat, story.dat, messinfo.dat and sysinfo.dat has been dropped.
- When a new history.xml is loaded for the first time, it can take several seconds to create an index. Be patient.
