Issues with roms and Bios

Hi,

First question :
I'm using Mame 0.253, I downloaded a romset and I tried Nbajam rom wrks fine, but when I want to launch Area51 I have this message



2nd question
When I go in my Available game list I see all bios files, how can I hide these ?
