Crashing on Exit

I have the latest EmuLoader installed with MAME .251. Sometimes when I exit a game, my PC will freeze up. Now when I run a game from the MAME.exe, it never happens. It only happens when I run MAME via EmuLoader. I even tried with a fresh install of EmuLoader just to make sure something wasn't corrupt and it still happens. Any ideas? Thank you.
