I get a similar warning message, and the reason is that current-day browsers are expecting sites to have a valid certificate so that TLS encryption can be used with (the connection to) the site. In other words, current browsers expect you to be able to do 'https://' instead of 'http://'. Any unencrypted connection is considered a security risk these days.
