The game logic, yes. The game audio, not at all. FPGAs generally don't "do" analog, so any portion of the schematic which relies on analog components (for example, the paddles) would need to be hacked around.
FPGAs are not the magic bullet that some companies and people profiting from them have a vested interest in making them out to be.
