So this is just Sealab 2021 with the Covid-19 theme blasted AAAALLLL over it.
Capt. Murphy would start wearing glasses (he's officially a "Doctor" now) and adopts a New York accent. Every other character except for Murphy wears a facemask and 90% of the dialogue is muffled and barely understandable. The whole crew gets sick, but a couple pop some pills thinking it'll get 'em hung like a horse but actually get cured because they mistook Ivermectin for boner pills.
Then Murphy goes around inoculating everyone that's still sick without their consent... Their infections eventually subside, but then a couple of them drop dead from heart attacks. One is thrown a surprise birthday party - then dies. Another has a stroke and half their face looks melty.
By the end of the episode the outside of the lab is being overrun by zombie monkeys swimming around and banging on the glass. Just before the end credits roll - Derek "Stormy" Waters opens a closet as a monkey jumps out at him.
