MAME 0.243 mess in 13900 files

Hi everyone, MAME 0.243 full set from Internet Archive is 13900 files, but probably 40% of it is NOT games.

Is there any way how to download only 0.243 game ROMS?

Or how to tell whats not game and delete it?

(I am new to MAME - I use it on Steam Deck)
