Low latency switch

Hello,

Low Latency option under "Video 2" is greyed out, it is unchecked and can't be selected.

But on my mame.ini i have "lowlatency 1" (without the quotes) and mame.exe shows it as ON.

Does it work although it is greyed out in Emuloader?
