I know that I will probably need to add this to MAMEtesters (didn't see it on there), but I just wanted to know if anyone else can confirm this on MAME 0.238.
If you check this recording of a purported 'The Simpsons' pcb, if you wait for it to just after 1:36, you'll see the saxophone solo for Lisa Simpson matches the animation pretty well, but in MAME 0.238 (at least for me), the saxophone solo plays late and the animation starts well before the saxophone solo kicks in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBNev6BO1sU
