The link to the PDF version seems to have disappeared, possibly when the theme was updated. It will need to be looked into.
In the mean time, you can get a downloadable copy of the docs from GitHub Actions. Go here: https://github.com/mamedev/mame/actions/...ss+event%3Apush
Click a recent build, scroll down to Artifacts, and download the zip archive. It should contain the PDF and HTML versions of the docs.
