Yep, that did it. Thank you! I'm sure this part is not from MAMEUI but from MAME... but it seems kind of counter-intuitive to me. Having to add the Software folder in 2 places seems strange.
EDIT: But with this sorted, this is by far better than emuloader or negatron. I Can't configure emuloader to save my life, and negatron won't even load past the initial screen.
Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
