I had done a set of all the similar Nintendo models for 3dArcade about ten years ago and had to recreate much of the artwork. Fortunately the guys at Dragons Lair Fans forums were a big help with scans and photos. Here's the pretty rare Nintendo version of Space Firebird's control panel.
