You will need https://github.com/mamedev/mame/releases/download/mame0235/mame0235lx.zip

and

clrmamepro because MAME doesn't have a rebuilding tool. https://mamedev.emulab.it/clrmamepro/#downloads

As for ROMS and CHDS. Just google what you looking for. We can't help you here.
