I see no change in anything and I tested way back to MAME 0.199 (current romset) and 0.134 (former parent jumpcoast). What is 'running too fast'? Are you syncing your video to a monitor which isn't running 60Hz? How does it compare to recordings of MAME on youtube? Have no clue to help diagnose your issue here.
