As late Paul "And now.....you know the rest of the story" Harvey would say over the radio stations across the US.

Paul Harvey "...The rest of the story..." Like You've Never Seen Him

*political part*

Mike trashed Paul in one of Mike's past Air America episodes years earlier. Mike couldn't stand Paul Harvey and trashed Paul because of Paul's supporting the 1940s/1950s Hollywood communist blacklist era where those in entertainment business had their careers ruined even though many were never part of communist/socialist movement, but were guilty by association of those few writers that actually were part of the movement. That's why some had turned their backs in attendance when Eli Kazan was speaking at Academy Awards 'lifetime achievement' presentation for him many years earlier.

Mr. Do made a pdf scan of Wild Gunman manual and I had uploaded it on the forums a couple of times over the years. Currently have yet to find the pdf file, but I know I should still have the file somewhere.

Johns Jukes (Vancouver BC Canada) does have copies of Wild Gunman and Shooting Trainer manuals for a price. I don't recall the asking price.

I do have a number of the manuals (Wild Gunman, Shooting Trainer, Skyhawk installation manual, Skyhawk theory and operation manual,) There are still other manuals such as New Shooting Trainer and Battleshark that would be needed...primarily Battleshark manuals since that also uses film reels to play the game which there are actual Battleshark cabs in operation over in the UK region back in 2017 year. I don't know the status at present time.

There are book scanning services that could do scans here in soCal region as someone had informed, but asking prices for the services could go into 3 figure range since the staff would be spending hours doing the scan work since this is more than a Kinko's type of work and Kinko's would not do that since they play it safe in not wanting to be in trouble with copyright laws since Nintendo is still around.

American Reprographics (aka ARC) doesn't do book scanning work iirc, but they do a darn great job on creating pdf files of scans of foldout logic schematics sheets like they did a few years ago.

As for possible emulation/simulation of Nintendo games, possibly Shooting Trainer series might be possible. The current rendering artwork maybe can load a Kodak slide as the backdrop (used during gameplay of Shooting Trainer).

Then some form of simulating/rendering of the glass bottles as a foreground graphics layered in the front might be possible. Scanned images from the Bottle Projection Unit (BPU component that displays bottles on to the screen) will be needed. The Bottle Projection Unit does use rotating visual effects at some point during gameplay to make bottles appear to be rotating and spinning around as if being tossed into the air like skeet targets. That part might be a challenge itself.

The rifle audio sound effects are analog and controlled by a pcb and with usage of pots can be adjusted to have gun sounds outputs like volume and pitch frequency be operator adjustable.
