> imagine still defending trump after what happened lmao
Trump posted on Twitter something along the lines of
Election results fraudulent Go home in peace, we love you
Yet, Twitter banned him, FB locked him out until after the 20th (unless that's changed).
Whether it was Antifa infiltrators, the DC police removing the barricades to let them "do their worst", or just bad actors/rotten apples in the bunch that got carried away... No politicians were harmed in the events. Some might've gotten scared.
One of the objections during the "ritual" of declaring the electoral college results was for (I don't recall which state) didn't have whatever signatures from Senators, or some kind of bureaucratic technicality because of "in light of the events of today - (those senators) have declined to sign...."
I'm not sure what Trump's apparent beef with Mike Pence is. Like, did he expect him to take over and do away with the practices/procedures of the Electoral College vote count? Or was Trump not aware of what Pence was able or not able to do?
As for the protest. The media looks VERY hypocritical in their condemnation. The BLM protests/riots caused multiple millions of dollars of damage and lasted for months! The Capitol Hill protest where they entered the building lasted mere hours. And entering a government building earns you a trip to jail/preezon? What about the protestors that stormed the Judge Cavanaugh confirmation? How many of those people were sent to preezon? Ah yes. Absolutely 0.
Another example of hypocrisy... Twitter allowed the hastag of Hang Mike Pence to trend... More bad actors allowed to make the rest of us look bad.
