I already submitted it to Robbbert the other day when it was released.
Zero800 did a fantastic job on this hack. He used my Gecko Grabber tool to import his graphics changes to CPS1 format, so I've been fortunate enough to have been playing preview builds of it over this past year. This hack's a true labour of love that finally breaks the curse of SFII hacks being mostly a bunch of janky nonsense.
