IPac4 and USB Port Relationship

I recently dismantled my cabinet to move it into another room and lost the photos I had of the USB set up (Ipac, Lightgun, spinner, xbox controls, track ball, etc) and now I am having major control issues. Its a 2014 Ipca4. Does using a different USB an issue? Not connected to the internet so cant get drivers.
