Short answer: Yes, it's illegal to use your console platform ISOs on PC. The dumping process also usually involves breaking other laws like circumventing protections and modifying hardware with custom firmwares violating copyright laws and terms of service agreements.

Now move along and seek medical help please. You are breaking laws in this forum for asking already answered questions.
