Well... if you want to be completely and technically in the right here:

-- The collection "Capcom Coin-Op Classic Series 1" CD was distributed specifically to consumers that purchased a Hanaho Hot Rod Joystick... see manual here:

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/712860/Hanaho-Games-Hotrod-Joystick.html?page=3#manual

-- By purchasing the Hot Rod, the consumer also received the CD as part of the purchase, of which Hanaho paid Capcom a licensing fee for each Hot Rod that they sold

-- The licensing agreement for the games would have stated something along the line about how the use of those games is bound to the purchase of the joystick; there might be a text file on the CD, or it may have come with the joystick, I'm not entirely positive

End game... if you bought the joystick, you also bought a license for the games included on the CD. If you simply bought the used CD only on eBay or something, then I'm sorry, you don't have a "legal license" to play those games like you think you do.

It is like an OEM disc of Windows that comes bundled with a new PC: by buying the PC, you have a license to use Windows on that PC only. If that disc by itself is transferred to another person, that new person does not have a legal right to install windows on some other PC, because the actual software is still being used on the PC from the original buyer. Make sense?

Finally, no matter how many times you come here asking the same question, the answer is not going to change... it's been explained to you (or ignored) multiple times, by people on multiple forums:

https://www.assembler-games.com/threads/capcom-coin-op-classics-series-1-street-fighter.70523/

https://www.psx-place.com/threads/capcom-coin-op-classics-series-1-street-fighter.31714/

https://gbatemp.net/threads/capcom-coin-op-classics-series-1-street-fighter.535918/

If you would like to expand on the matter of legality things included on disc:

-- When you buy a game collection disc for a console system, such as Sonic Ultimate Genesis Collection for PS3, or Atari Vault for Nintendo Switch, it's still the same concept. You have purchased a license to play those games on the medium for which the license was purchased. You do not have a license or legal right to transfer those files to a PC then play them in an emulator.

So in this post here:

https://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/sh...part=1&vc=1

You don't have a license to play those games in an emulator on a PC.

We really, really don't understand why you keep coming here asking the same question, thinking you will eventually get a different answer than the previous time. It's not going to happen.

At the top of the forum, click the link for "Rules" and read #4. This is essentially what you are doing. One more time, and you'll be locked out over here. As a previous poster in this thread stated, we have been more than lenient up to this point.

RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.
