Maybe NY state attorney general will make use of recent release of tax/financial statements, I believe came from the niece that recently published her book informing what the uncle was like, and put the criminal uncle behind NY state prison for some time.

The uncle should have it easy with a jail cell size putting green surface to practice all day long.
