Not yet.
*newbies portion*
Someone will have to mail/ship one of those out and have handheld item taken apart by person to see if any components (ie roms) can be dumped or not. If the handheld does have roms that can be accessed and data is dumped, it would still require someone to understand what cpu controls the data in order for cpu to be emulated. If that should be possible, it will still take someone to know what type of hardware the lcd screen is in order to emulate that as well.
