Well, you can move your mame.ini or machine.ini/.cfg files elsewhere and then run as normal and use default settings. If that brings your performance back, then check your settings against defaults Use: mame64 -showusage > output.txt to save what the options are after your files are moved and compare the options to your .ini. In the end if using defaults doesn't change it, then I'd look at Windows updates or drivers.
