I had a boot strap loop for nearly 3 months, after first update on spectre/meltdown updates some years ago. either ditch windows or use a enterprise version of it. This versions let you delay future updates. I think you can delay three months or at least some weeks. You could wait that time and see if other people have update problems and you can prepare for that trouble. is at least something. feels bad bro... feels bad.
