Yes. It's "Trevo" rolling tobacco. Trevo means four leaf clover in Portuguese.
People always ask about it and always want to try to roll one, even non-smokers. Most of my friends are smokers but I don't know anyone else who rolls their own. Here are the numbers 
45g (1.60 oz) of Trevo + two packs of rolling paper gets me 100 cigarettes for little more than one US Dollar. I've just run out of paper as I'm writing this and there's still some tobacco left.
I started smoking at 15 because I wanted to impress an older girl. It worked.
The side effect that they don't warn you about: Yellow finger
