iirc from twisty's old cliche from 2008 or 2009: '...waiting to be steamrolled by cool things.' I believe that was it, but not certain.

It is great to know this achievement will pay multiple dividends over next several months.



Aaron's recent netlist related code work is for the analog audio sounds for some of the various vector games from Cinematronics. Star Castle and War of the Worlds fans can first celebrate since the work is starting in that area first.

Created initial working netlist for Star Castle sound. Restructured Cinematronics audio code to create separate devices for each sound board to make it easier for forthcoming work. Currently needs a lot of optimization work before it's ready for master.

For Cinematronic games, my favorite was Star Hawk. I always knew a Star Hawk cab was nearby because of one of the familiar sound effects Star Hawk generated during gameplay.

That will be great if and when Star Hawk audio gets netlist emulation treatment.
