First, and foremost, the snippet in question, bolded in crayon for commifornians who can't understand how to read fucking English:
Donald Trump: (29:46) A question that probably some of you are thinking of if you’re totally into that world, which I find to be very interesting. So, supposedly we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light, and I think you said that hasn’t been checked, but you’re going to test it. And then I said supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way. And I think you said you’re going to test that too. Sounds interesting, right? And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful.

"it gets in the lungs..." <-- He's talking about the VIRUS here, folks. In case you're confused.
Now, that page keeps the transcripts for ALL of the conferences, as far as I can tell. The claim of retards everywhere (looking at you, gregf, seeing as you posted a meme that says so) is that Trump suggested injecting bleach into your body. Go ahead and search the word "bleach" in that transcript.... done? No... you're not because you fucktards are as bad as flat-earthers when it comes to being confronted with facts. I'll just give you the answer. 3 times. "bleach" was said 3 times, and NONE were from Trump's mouth. You know who used "bleach" with "injection" in the same sentence? Jim. The fucktard that was kicked out of the White House for a while for being a douche. Guess he's about as good a source as democratic underground.
Now... how about some of the concepts floating around his brain? Retarded? Not exactly. There are good reasons for the non-doctor or non-scientist to wonder about them. Look at the UV or powerful light. Ever been used? Only for the last 75 fucking years. Ok, how about disinfectants? Far stretch, I know, but take a good look at this: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/01/170109134014.htm
"The study shows that vitamin C breaks down easily, generating hydrogen peroxide, a so-called reactive oxygen species that can damage tissue and DNA. The study also shows that tumor cells are much less capable of removing the damaging hydrogen peroxide than normal cells."
Imagine that. Hydrogen Peroxide is a disinfectant, is it not? Yes, you would get sick, and in high enough concentrations, would probably kill yourself if you drank or injected that shit. It more than likely wouldn't have much effect on COVID anyway. But he ASKED if there was something LIKE a disinfectant could be used to clean the body. Vitamin C (<-- not dangerous, and indeed does something "like" that) is just one way. Especially when INJECTED (bypasses the digestive system, causing a 100x~500x absorption rate, compared to taking a pill).
But I digress. Because nowhere in that speech, does Trump tell anybody to inject or ingest bleach or disinfectant. If you honestly think he said such a thing, then do us all a favor and comply. You'll be strengthening the gene pool in doing so.
