Artwork options in mame 196 help!!

Hi
I'v read on mame 112 , artworks options not compare anymore on (TAB) video options.

I use mame 196 , and there are also NOT artworks options, also if artworks works on games.

My question is, there any options for activate those options inside mame (TAB)... anywhere (ui.ini , mame.ini...)or any another cfg file , inside mame DIR ?!?
