If the only difference is the one command line option, then wouldn't it save a ton of bandwidth if just the executable could be downloaded instead of the full 70MB+ release? You probably have to offer the full thing because of licensing and such, but is the OPTION of grabbing just the main binary a violation, as long as the full bundle/source can also be downloaded? (I seriously don't know...)
Then again, I don't see source links on the same page, so perhaps you don't really care about that too much. That makes it even more confusing...
