Correct. Think opposite of when Pres Harry Truman had the piece on the Oval Office desk, back in 1950s, that read: "The buck stops here." If the jackass had a similar item on the desk these days, it would read: The buck stops over there or somewhere else. It never stops here.

Here are a couple of his latest irresponsible examples. The fact that he chose not to do anything specific in January and February, when he could have initiated some approaches to help minimize the outbreak speaks volumes that the GOP wanted this to happen on purpose in thinking they can steal general elections later in the year. This outbreak can easily wipe out their voting base as well since those on their side choose not to follow precautions.

This tweet example shows his only concern is money, business, and his thought of wanting to steal another election because the jackass will put blame on the governors of the various states trying to help the citizens in their own respective states.

He's setting up the Govs. If he says everyone should go back to work than it’s not his fault the economy tanks. He’ll blame the Govs for not lifting shelter in place laws.

Another example, if considered accurate, shows the jackass hates being considered a distant runner-up to respective governors that know how to manage a crisis on the state level and show what it takes in front of television audience to handle and explain the crisis and provide useful answers in what is being done to handle the virus outbreak.

The jackass hates the current events in which he is unable to hold his 'hatefest' rallies at various places that attract his koolaid drinkers, neo-nazi, KKK crazies because some the states are trying to minimize the virus outbreak from spreading. This upsets him so he then takes his frustrations out at WH reporters that are at WH press briefings to get latest news updates about the virus outbreak.

Trump is 'furious' with New York Gov. Cuomo because his pandemic press conferences are overshadowing

Appearing on MSNBC’s “Am Joy” on Sunday morning, Vanity Fair reporter Gabriel Sherman told host Joy Reid that Donald Trump is “furious” with Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) because his daily press conferences on the coronavirus pandemic are getting rave reviews — while his own are being panned.

Speaking with the host, Sherman explained, “My sources who are in touch with the White House, several people told me that one of the things driving [Trump’s task force press conference appearances] this is that the president has been furious and frustrated at New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who has been holding these very widely well-received early morning press conferences and, in the president’s view, has sort of hijacked the news cycle.”

Meanwhile, DOJ (ie: Mafia mob justice dpt. that only works for the white collar crooks) is trying to get legislative branch to change laws so the GOP can go all authoritarian on the population ASAP. All the more reason why U.S. voters better vote and vote Democratic only as if lives depend upon it.

DOJ seeks new emergency powers amid coronavirus pandemic

The Justice Department has quietly asked Congress for the ability to ask chief judges to detain people indefinitely without trial during emergencies — part of a push for new powers that comes as the coronavirus spreads through the United States.

Documents reviewed by POLITICO detail the department’s requests to lawmakers on a host of topics, including the statute of limitations, asylum and the way court hearings are conducted. POLITICO also reviewed and previously reported on documents seeking the authority to extend deadlines on merger reviews and prosecutions.

A Justice Department spokesperson declined to comment on the documents.

The move has tapped into a broader fear among civil liberties advocates and Donald Trump’s critics — that the president will use a moment of crisis to push for controversial policy changes. Already, he has cited the pandemic as a reason for heightening border restrictions and restricting asylum claims.
