btw: It was a troll routine against GOP when the GOP House Majority (nearly 10 years ago) were upset with ACA at the time. I didn't agree with ACA setup because they didn't allow 'Public option' in ACA. It wasn't ideal policy, but at least a start at the time.
With what Grayson had commented, USA is back at that same prior starting point. Nothing. Just like in the old days.
