Yes, each softlist will be separated when a game appears in multiple softlists.

$softlist1=
$softlist2=
$bio

instead of

$softlist1,softlist2=
$bio


Even better, the next History.dat release will separates ROMs when required :

$apple2_flop_orig=factory,
$apple2_flop_clcracked=thefctry,
$bio

instead of the actual:

$apple2_flop_orig=factory,thefctry,
$apple2_flop_clcracked=factory,thefctry,
$bio
