I am trying to connect my I-PAC UIO to my Windows 10 PC. I have tried multiple cables and USB hubs and two different Windows machines (running 1903 and 1803). So I am thinking it is the board but want to make sure I am not missing something. I am getting the following error on both computers:
USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it. Recommendation: Try reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not recognize it, your device may not be working properly.
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
I don't have any wires connected to it. I have tried uninstalling the device, uninstalling the device drivers, updating them, rebooting, changing the USB power settings, etc. I have tried it without and with the 5 volt LED supply.
Unfortunately I have had the board for well over a year now, I didn't have time to wire it up to my system and never got around to testing it. So if it is the board I will be ordering a new one.
Any help would be appreciated!
