>Wow, it is been long time ago. I forgotten the post here. Sorry.

I recalled it, but I didn't type in exact search strings to match the 2015 thread and I even forgot that I had also posted in the 2015 thread.

>Anyway it seems Space Bug!!!

Good to see you now have the game name you were trying to remember. The fact you were able to play the game means you were one of the fortunate few that got to play the game. Story about another citizen from Italy that remembered his game name and his wish came true in 2012 (further down in post)

> I didn't know about Undumped Wiki

It is another undumped info/status site that is currently active. UnMAMEd last update was in 2014.

It is interesting that Space Bug (Centuri, 79) is an already existing entry there.

The entry could have more info added including a mock-up illustration to show what game play looked like...

Here's another description of Space Bug:

I am not sure if MAME Italia group is active these days, but they have found rare games that made their way to Italy in 1970s and 1980s.

One classic example is an Italian user bisboch was one of the very few that distinctly remembered a game Planet Probe. He studied piano as a child in 1980s and practiced playing Planet Probe's high score melody on his piano when as a child then.

You can read bisboch's November 2012 comments on Haze's web site

See old wip updates and bisboch comments from November 2012. He was one of the very few that recalled details of Planet Probe long before Planet Probe was emulated.

and now we can start looking for SUPER CHICK, another proto which came to Italy but no one seems to remember

So guess what happens nearly 7 years later after bisboch's comment......

We were sent a dump of Super Chick (Microhard 1988). It appears to be a bootleg/hack made from Pengo and Bombjack.

Travis Swager dumped Super Chick.

Microhard's Super Chick along with other Microhard games have been dumped and are in MAME source code, but not yet playable because the hardware protection has yet to be figured out and emulated.

These examples along with other examples do show that there is a chance (a small chance) that maybe a Space Bug pcb can be found and roms dumped. The fact that Space Bug was played in Italy, means it did exist out in public and a pcb may still be around.

Good thing you now have a game name to work with because another contributor from Australia has yet to find two game names of videogames he recalled playing in Australia and has been searching for the names for probably 20 years by this time.
