So im really frustrated and feel like a total noobtard... I cant seem to figure out how to remap any buttons on my control panel successfully. I have an i-pac4 ps/2 board. I have the correct winipac software, buttons are detected.
it seems like no matter what I do, the buttons wont change to a different key... for example 3sw3, the 3rd button for player 3 is "enter". I want the button right next to the joystick at the top of the control panel (that is not for any of the 4 players) to be "enter". that button is currently "space".
I tried a program called sharpkeys to edit how windows recognizes the buttons. still doesnt work.
what the ef am i doing wrong?
