Database with info about games with video/audio flags

Hello,

Is there a database that contains info about the games that have the flag sound/video emulation is not 100% accurate?

I always wanted to know for some game what is not 100% accurate; for example in Spider-Man: The Video Game or Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder what is not 100% accurate or missing from the games?

Searching through the source code of M.A.M.E., only general info is offer; for example in sega32.cpp no info is offer on what is not 100% accurate about Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder or Spider-Man: The Video Game.

I wish that this info to be found at the "Still to do:" or something like that.
