Computer does not detect or recognize pacled64

Excuse my poor english.

I try to change the configuration of my pacled64, but my PC does not detect or recognize pacled64.
When USB cable is connected, no sound is heard. And I do not see hardware changes in "device manager" (win10).
I Try this on 3 different Pcs and all usbs.

* pacled64 turns on my LEDs, but impossible to connect
* netframework installed
Any idea, thanks.
