This is for repair purposes (I have a Naomi 2 with a blown DAC). Not much data is on those DACs and I can't find anything to buy such a product to repair my Naomi 2 pcb. Pulling this item from a parts board is not an option.
The DAC used for any Dreamcast based hardware is a Sega 315-6145 or 315-6258. Equivalent of that chip is a Rohm BU1426KS or BU1428KS. Type of pinout is SQFP56; 14 pins on each side; most likely only done by Rohm.
Any help would be nice.
P.S. The DC HDMI mod kit is a nice way to bypass that DAC on a Dreamcast but not the best solution (especially for repairing Naomi and Naomi 2 systems with a blown DAC).
