Yep. We're lucky with what has been done so far as able to read out roms at this time.
Going by Mattel example as for lcd games it seems Computer Gin and Computer Chess are offbeat examples of where cpu/mcu was already emulated even though the lcd output still required lots of work from hap. Who knows what obstacles the other Mattel lcd games will put up a challenge. And that pesky Rockwell chip for my favorite 1970s era Mattel led games is still a roadblock challenge in itself.
