Actual number is 39% "didn't vote Trump". And it's slipping: in the House mid-terms, 41% didn't vote Republican.
My father, were he still alive, would like you to know that as a member of the Coast Guard during WWII, he was regularly assigned to Navy ships alongside Navy personnel doing Navy missions.
