I am trying to run Cheats, but I get a Error when running a Rom. I can run the Rom, but there are no Cheats Listed, even though I have a .xml File in place that has Cheats.

Error Message -
*Rom Name*.xml: missing mamecheatnode node

HP HPE h8-1360t
GeForce GTX 670 2GB
32GB RAM
i7-3770k 3.50GHz
