Problems with H/V Sync using CRT and VideoAmp

Hey guys-
I'm connecting a VGA out to a Ultrimarc Videoamplifier to an RCA 19VLTP22 CRT Monitor. I just can't get the sync, tried seperating the H/V as recommended but its actually is looks worse. When I plug the Horizontal and Vertical into the sync port I can see my menu....I'm so close RGB is perfect but man.

any ideas? I can' find a manual for this monitor but it is labelled so I know what is what with the cables.
