I'm noticing scanline_alpha zooms the image. Is it supposed to have this effect? I thought it was setting the strength of the scanlines. Maybe it's just a combination of some other HLSL settings but just changing scanline alpha from 0.00 0.01 zooms the image to the point where text on the top, left and bottom gets cropped off.
