Clinton is not exactly squeaky clean herself, but a sociopath....very far from that description compared to what is currently in the oval office.

The Supreme Court nominee, when he was part of Ken Starr's staff when Clintons were in office during 1990s had continually kept badgering the family of late Vince Foster that somehow they and Clintons teamed up to do away with Vince Foster even though law enforcement was certain Vince Foster committed suicide.

It is one thing in which doubts can be expressed and investigation reopened without having to continually pester the family members of the deceased. Mr. K chose to abuse his legal powers and kept going after Vince Foster's family while everyone else from Ken Starr's staff had moved on to other investigative work. Vince Foster's family members should have been there to testify against Supreme Court nominee in front of the judiciary committee.

The nominee could have personally requested that the National Archives should have released all of his written legal work [redacting any writings that might include specific top secret info needing to make sure no CIA agent name like Valerie Plame name being released happens again.] But the current GOP administration wouldn't release many of the nominee's judicial findings during his time when working for "W."

And then to add to that...the current nominee had debts in the six figures range and the debt mysteriously gets bought up and goes away. That means he can likely be blackmailed/extorted/exploited into ruling a specific way in law reviews by whoever bought up the debts. Could that be Koch brothers? Mercer family? Murdoch's? Or maybe your friendly Russian oligarchs and Putin? This means Mr. K is now owned and his judicial rulings might be very questionable.

Granted I don't like Gorsuch, but he doesn't have the number of skeletons in his closet compared to current nominee. That is why another judicial nominee selection is in order. The GOP congress members already knew this stuff and yet were ordered to select the worst most exploitable judge ever. He needs to remove his name from being a Supreme Court nominee if he wants to retain whatever is left of his legal reputation.
