“It’s gotten so disgusting, really,” Haley said in a morning appearance on “Fox & Friends.” “The idea that he’s not mentally fit. The idea that we’d be talking about the 25th Amendment. None of that is true — it couldn’t be farther from the truth. You’ve got a president who is nonstop going all the time. The Cabinet is just trying to keep up with him.”

The 25th Amendment in US Constitution would have been invoked (replacing a President that is incapacitated and unable to carry out Presidential functions or maybe removing a mentally unstable person from the oval office as well), but since GOP party criminal enterprise is using the 'sob-in-office' to accomplish all their dreams of destroying USA and its institutions and past 70 years of progress to benefit the wealthy 1% of USA and to corporations the 25th will not be carried out.

As it currently stands when the 2018 mid term General Election takes place, many of the 'red states' (think southern states) and several other states still use electronic voting machines that can still be hacked. And to add to that there are still voter suppression and gerrymandering tactics that GOP use to manipulate vote tallies.

The House part of US legislative branch should be reclaimed by Democratic party, but uncertain about Senate level.

The damage will still be happening on US Supreme Court if the rapist "smarmy punkass Mr. K" gets installed on to the Supreme Court bench. That damn crook will go "Hitler" on the bench and try to strike down any decent laws and make it where only corporations and billionaires rule USA.

GOP members are traitors since many are trying to take down FBI, CIA, and other US Intelligence agencies while getting money from Putin and Russian oligarchs. The Special Counsel (Mueller's staff) have been gathering evidence and hopefully more criminal indictments will be unsealed and hopefully some GOP congress members names will be the criminal targets.

The reason why GOP is trying to frantically get the current Supreme Court nominee rushed through and be installed before Supreme Court session begins is so this crook can side with majority on Supreme Court to rule for "Gamble vs USA" in which the concept of the presidential pardon can be applied to both federal level and state level (more descriptive details of the case can be found elsewhere). What it comes down to is the possibility that the 'sob-in-office' can pardon everyone including himself from almost every single crime and get away with it.

Add to that, is the fact he is now accusing China of interfering with the 2018 US elections (it is Putin and his cronies) and he might declare the 2018 elections as null and void. He is already thinking that way when 2020 elections happen if the GOP still controls the legislative branch of US Government. That is what H. Clinton had said to Rachel Maddow when on Rachel's cable tv show several nights earlier.

The 'sob-in-office' made the comment when hearing that the current Chinese PM can hold the executive title for life that he "likes that concept." even though he says it was a joke, but the 'sob-in-office' is unable to tell a joke. It isn't in his sick mental state and it probably means he does want to be a dictator of US if he thinks he can get away with that insane thinking.
