This is an odd one, where they're not too clear on things.

They're just giving us a .zip file, and leaving it to us to figure out what to do with it, like we're back in the '90s or something.
They need to extracted and then installed, rather than being packaged as installers. Alan Wake in particular, is asking for the disk images that are included so it can install them.
